What we collect

Contact data you give us through the booking call, email, or WhatsApp (name, email, phone, country).

Information you choose to share about your relationship, history, and goals during the intake call, the retreat, and follow-up sessions.

Payment confirmations from our bank (we do not store card details).

Why we use it

To prepare and deliver the retreat and any associated online sessions.

To communicate with you about your booking, schedule, and follow-up.

To meet legal, accounting, and professional record-keeping obligations.

Legal basis

Performance of our agreement with you, your explicit consent for sensitive (clinical) information, and our legal obligations as a healthcare professional in Spain.

Confidentiality

Clinical notes and anything shared during sessions are kept confidential under professional secrecy. They are stored separately from administrative data and are never shared without your written consent, except where disclosure is required by law (for example, an imminent risk of serious harm).

Sharing & processors

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the practice: Calendly (booking), Google Workspace (email and notes), WhatsApp (messaging), and our bank for payments. They process data on our behalf under GDPR-compliant terms.

Retention

Clinical records are kept for the period required by Spanish health legislation (currently five years after the last session). Administrative and accounting data are kept as required by Spanish tax law.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing of your personal data. Email sara@self-in-sight.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
