The retreat

The retreat runs from Thursday evening to Monday morning and includes a preparatory online intake call, four nights of accommodation in a private studio, mindful breakfasts, two hours of relational work each of three days, a couples massage, a sound bath, and one online follow-up call. Flights, transfers, lunches, dinners, additional activities, and travel insurance are not included.

Price & payment

The total investment is €2,800 per couple. A 50% deposit (€1,400) is due at booking to secure your dates. The remaining 50% is due 60 days before arrival. Payment is by bank transfer; details are shared once dates are confirmed.

Cancellation & rescheduling

More than 60 days before arrival: deposit retained, no further charge.

30–60 days before: 50% of the total is refundable.

Less than 30 days before: non-refundable, but dates can be moved once within 12 months, subject to availability.

In case of illness or emergency we will do our best to reschedule. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Suitability & honesty

The retreat is intensive relational work for couples who are both willing to participate. It is not appropriate where there is ongoing physical violence, untreated severe mental illness, or active substance dependency. You agree to share relevant medical and mental-health information honestly during the intake call so we can assess fit together.

Conduct & house rules

You are responsible for your own behaviour at the estate and in the surrounding area. The host may end the retreat without refund in case of conduct that endangers your partner, the therapist, third parties, or the property.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the retreat is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for personal items, or for activities you arrange independently (transport, excursions, restaurants, massages booked outside the retreat).

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, public health restrictions, government action, transport disruption). In such cases we will offer to reschedule or refund payments minus unrecoverable costs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Spain.
